Gingerbread Man is a classic Christmas-time poem for kids of all ages. This printable can be used in a poetry notebook, as the poem of the week, for guided reading skills, or let the kids color to present their poems on a bulletin board display.

After I introduce the poem, my kids LOVE going to the Build a Poem: Gingerbread Man pocket chart center. They use the word cards to build the poem, then present it to the class 🙂
