As I sit down to write this post, I am filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the power of positive affirmations for children. As both a teacher and a mom, I have witnessed firsthand how these simple, yet profound, phrases have made a huge impact for myself and the kids. 

Affirmations are a powerful tool to embody a positive mindset for people of all ages.  Through daily affirmations, children can learn to overcome negative thinking and express positive self-talk.  

In this blog post, I will share the benefits of positive words, my favorite affirmation cards, and positive phrases for kids to use on a daily basis. 

The Benefits of Positive Affirmations for Kids

Positive affirmations can have numerous benefits for children. When used effectively, they are a great way to promote healthy emotional and psychological development. 

Here are some of the key benefits of positive affirmations for children:

  1. Boosts Self-Esteem: Positive affirmations help improve a child’s self-esteem. Regularly hearing positive statements about themselves reinforces the belief that they are capable, worthy, and lovable.
